Every repair is scoped and carried out according to IICL maintenance and repair criteria. When the job is finished, you receive not just a repaired container but a repair record with a photo-documented breakdown of the work performed.
If you wish, have the repair documented with an independent Post-Repair Report issued by our inspection team — especially for leased containers and those changing hands, it helps the buyer or lessor accept the unit with confidence.
The container is examined and damage is classified according to IICL criteria.
Repair scope, duration and cost are presented in a clear quote.
The approved scope is carried out in our certified workshop.
Handover with a photo-documented repair record; independent report on request.
As a rule of thumb: if the damage does not compromise structural integrity and the repair cost is clearly below the container's value, repair makes sense. We clarify this comparison for you during the damage survey — and if needed, we will honestly tell you to "replace it".
Small and medium-scale repairs can be done on site; work such as welding and panel replacement may require workshop conditions. The most suitable option is recommended during the damage survey. [On-site service scope pending confirmation.]
Workmanship is warranted within the scope defined in the repair record. [Warranty period and terms to be confirmed.]
